Maithili Shenoy is the Vice President of Global Marketplace Operations for Nike. In this role, she has global leadership for Nike’s Direct to Consumer Supply Chain and Customer Operations organization with ~1000 employees world wide focused on enabling a frictionless omni channel service experience to Nike’s consumers and customers.
A 15-year Nike veteran, Maithili began her Nike career in 2003 leading the company’s Global Supply Chain Strategy. Since then, she has had a number of interesting roles across Nike’s Operations, including kick-starting Nike’s Replenishment business model, establishing the Sales and Operations Planning process for Nike’s Emerging Markets Geography to heading up Demand Planning & Inventory Management.
Prior to Nike, Maithili was a management consultant for Accenture and Deloitte where she provided strategy, supply chain and retail consulting services to Fortune 500 companies. She holds a Bachelors degree in Engineering – Operations Research from Columbia University, along with a minor in Japanese. Her Masters Degree is in International Business from Sophia University in Tokyo.
